From the Archives #6

Utkarsh. He met me at the institute one fine Saturday morning towards the end of January, 2023. Hectic work schedule prompted him to opt for the Weekend IELTS classes. 3 hours of guidance over the weekend. At that rate, the preparation took him all of 2 months and then some more. I remember him attending a couple of my IELTS Online classes for last-minute doubt clearing. Most of his questions were centred around the Writing module, particularly the essay.

After checking his formal letter, I could see that he was headed for a 7. Not because he used any fancy words or expressions. But precisely because his English was so natural, effortless even. I had advised him to use good English that is simple at the same time. He was more than happy to oblige because it came to him as a matter of course. And the result is for all of you to see. An Express Entry qualifying score in the very first attempt.

Utkarsh was spot-on in his approach: slow yet thorough. Tackling one problem at a time, mastering it, and then moving on to the next challenge.

We wish him all the very best in his future ventures.
